This article will introduce you to Windows Copilot and how to use AI chatbots effectively.
To get started, click on the Copilot icon in the taskbar or search for “Copilot” in the Start menu.
Once Copilot launches, you will see a window where you can interact with it by sending a message.
You can ask any question or request a specific output, such as:
“Write me an article about dogs.”
Instantly, you will see the article being written for you.
You can also request changes by simply asking:
“Summarize in one paragraph.”
Copilot will condense the article into a single paragraph.
Additionally, you can talk to Copilot using your voice by clicking the microphone button.
For example:
User: “Hello, how are you today?”
Copilot: “Oh, you know, just chilling.”
That is Copilot in action!
How to Uninstall Copilot
If you want to remove Copilot from your PC:
- Open the Start menu and search for “Installed apps.”
- Search for Copilot.
- Click on the three-dot icon and select Uninstall.
- Click Uninstall again to confirm.
You may also see Microsoft 365 Copilot, which is for Microsoft 365 Office products. You can uninstall this the same way if needed.
